Good morning, my friend. I love Luke’s account of “The Ascension” in Luke 24:50-53. “Then Jesus led them (the disciples) to Bethany, and lifted up His hands to heaven. He blessed them and was taken up to heaven. So they worshiped Him and then returned to Jerusalem filled with great joy. And they spent all of their time in the temple, praising God.” (NLT) Acts 2:46,47 “So continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, they ate food with gladness and simplicity of heart, praising God and having favor with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily these who were being saved.”
The joy of the Lord is what people will see in us. It’s not just a Sunday event.
