to be blessed, be silent, be encouraged.

Good morning my friend, Psalms 9:1,2 “I will praise you, Lord, with all my heart; I will tell of all the marvelous things you have done. I will be filled with joy because of you. I will sing praises to your name, O MOST HIGH.”

Today I need to take a few minutes to be silent, and take a deep breath and wait on Holy Spirit to speak to my heart.

Dear Lord Jesus,

Thank you for reminding me of the importance of silence. I thank you that mom’s MRI was good, that the tumor has not changed. that the Dr. said “I will see you in three years!!!”  Thank you, Lord Jesus, for giving Joyce and me two wonderful daughters. I  pray this morning that they will continue to walk with you. Thank you for our son, Mike and for giving him a great time with his son, David, on a hunting trip.  Thank you for Preston and Macie, and continue to put your arms of protection around them. Thank you, Lord Jesus, for giving me such a  wonderful family, and thank you, Lord, for giving me a listening ear this morning.  In Jesus name, AMEN.
