Good morning my friend. I woke early today and was thinking about my day. I have a meeting with a pastor, I want to stop and see my mom. I have blood work at the doctors office, I have a project that I’m working on. Wow, so much is going on. Stop slow down… Then I began to think, “What is the most important thing to do and put all this stuff in order?” Coffee time with the Lord. It’s here that I plan my day. I sit in my mancave with a cup of coffee and read God’s word and talk to Him. This morning I’m reading Psalms 37, one of my favorite passages beginning in verse 4, Delight yourself in the Lord, And He SHALL give you the desires of your heart. COMMIT your way to the Lord , TRUST also in HIM, and HE SHALL bring it to pass. So, this may sound a little backwards but it’s not. Delight first. Worship and talk to God.
