Today, as I gaze out of my window and soak in the lush greenery of spring, I’m reminded of our journey exploring various ways of worship. This season, as all of creation awakens, provides a perfect opportunity to step outside and celebrate God’s boundless creativity, echoing the exuberant praises found in Nehemiah 9:5-6 (AMP):
“Stand up and bless (praise, honor) the Lord your God from everlasting to everlasting. May Your glorious name be blessed And exalted above all blessing and praise.” [And Ezra said], “You are the Lord, You alone; You have made the heavens, The heaven of heavens with all their host (the heavenly bodies), The earth and everything that is on it, The seas and everything that is in them. You give life to all of them, And the heavenly host is bowing down [in worship] to You.”
Everything that exists — on earth, in the seas, and in the heavens — is a masterpiece of God’s creation. This alone is reason enough to exclaim in worship!
So, let’s make today a day of exclaiming worship! Step outside, take in the wonders of God’s creation, and let it inspire your worship. How does nature speak to you about the greatness of God today?

Thank you for sharing! It is always a needed reminder. When thinking of God and His creation I think of how it points us to worship the Creator and His glory. I often think of palm 119:1 “The heavens declare the glory of God, and the sky above proclaims his handiwork.”
He gives us a glimpse into His creativity and power by just looking around: the sky, animals, nature, and even us. He is everywhere if we just look! Thank you for that verse… it is a great reminder of His wonder!
God is such an amazing artist! I was sitting on my porch the other evening and just looking at all of the different colors of blue mixed in with the clouds and thought, “What an beautiful picture that God has painted.” He could have just made everything black and white and we would have never known (a song Sandi Patti used to sing). He is so worthy of our praise!
It is like the sky is His canvas, and we get to watch an Artist paint a new masterpiece everyday, throughout the day: Sunrise, sunset, after a rain, before/during a storm, and just on a “normal” day. It is new a different every time. I love your reminder of God brining color into the world. That alone is a reason to praise! Amazing!
